SECRET BRITISH CONCENTRATION CAMPS TORTURE

The British created the first concentration camps in South Africa, in 1899.
. They created them for political opponents, specific ethnic or white South African groups, where the British murdered 27 000 women and children. Civilians or other groups of people, usually selected by the British according to some general criteria, rather than individuals, incarcerated after due process of law fairly applied by a judiciary. The most notorious concentration camps, were later created on the british model by the the Nazis , which were utilized to implement the Holocaust.

Ever since the Nazi concentration camps were discovered, the term has been understood to refer to a place of mistreatment, starvation, forced labor, and murder. Today, this term is not used by the British government in order to sanitize their activity, using instead terms such as "detention facility," and so forth, regardless of circumstances. In many cases, British concentration camps such as Maghaberry in British occupied Ireland today, have poor living conditions, resulting in many deaths.

In a"concentration camp,"  the British government can "concentrate" groups of people, who are in a time of insurgency, potential supporters of  insurgents, who are then placed in such a facility, where they are not provided with any information or reason for their predicament. Concentration camps single out specific portions of a population based on their race, culture, politics or religion. Usually, these people are not the majority but are categorized as causing social, economic, and other problems to the majority. The function of British concentration camps are to separate this "scapegoat" population, from the majority population.

British concentration camps have been used for almost a century, but never have yielded a positive result. The British structure is based on domination and subordination of smaller ethnic groups after the British invade a country. This form of imposed dominance, creates cultural conflicts and rifts that are extremely difficult to repair. Currently in British Occupied Ireland, the British Tories have broken the Irish Peace Process and reintroduced "selective internment," generally of old men and women, from the war the British started over 40 years ago with internment at that time.

Martin Corey is a 62 year old man, who is now in Maghaberry prison for 3 years. The rationale for his internment without trial, is based on closed material, that neither Martin or his legal team are allowed to see. The British government as in the instances of the Birmingham six and the Guildford four, have again paid considerable sums of money, to fabricate evidence, which neither Martin or his legal team are allowed to see. Neither is Martin or his lawyers, allowed to know the length of his internment, which at his elderly age may mean that he dies innocently interned.

Martin's lawyer, Peter Murphy, say he is being denied the right to a fair trial. "It's like internment all over again in the sense that he hasn't been given the chance to defend his position. When we ask questions about the nature of the allegations and evidence against our client we are told nothing.

In any criminal court you can meet your accuser, you have a chance to cross-examine them, and you have a chance to defend yourself because you're given the detail of what the allegations are against you.We don't have any of that, so our client is in a very difficult situation in that he's sitting in prison not knowing why he's there."

His lawyers are challenging the British Viceroyal to bring charges against him, to allow details of the allegations he faces to be heard in in a fair trial in open court.During hearings held by the commissioners, an unidentified witness gave evidence from behind a curtain and Martin Corey's legal team were not given any details of any allegations against him.

In July last year, a judge ruled that Martin Corey's detention was a breach of the Human Rights Act and said he should be released on unconditional bail but that was overturned by order of the unelected English Viceroyal with handpicked judges, then rubber stamping this supremacist, sectarian, repression of British Occupied Ireland

His lawyers are now preparing to take his case to the European court. They say he is being denied the right to a fair trial."We're looking for a ruling from the European Court that anybody is entitled to defend themselves and to be given the right to defend themselves before the courts. In order to be able to do that they should be given the information upon which, in this particular occasion, Mr Corey is being held in jail.

"He should be given reasons as to why he is being detained in custody and given reasons why the secretary of state believes he is a risk to society, so that Mr Corey can go along and properly defend himself before the court. Everybody has the right to defend themselves, and we believe we are not being given that right."

His lawyer Mr Murphy said "During the three years he has been in prison he hasn't been charged with anything. Those responsible for keeping Martin Corey in prison should initiate a proper investigation and, if needs be, charge him.

"In laying down this challenge, I do not believe that this will ever be done, because we don't believe the criminal standard could ever be met in a criminal trial in this case. This is an indefinite situation at the moment, there's no timescale, Martin Corey can be left languishing in jail for the rest of his life if the secretary of state wishes, without being told why."

The case is being monitored closely by the human rights group the Committee on the Administration of Justice. The CAJ director, Brian Gormally, said it supports the decision to take the case to the European Court.

"We are concerned about it because Martin Corey is being held on the basis of secret evidence that he is unable to challenge, that is basically an affront to the rule of law in our view..The European Convention of Human Rights says nobody should be detained without a proper court hearing. In our view, secret, closed material proceedings are not proper court proceedings."
On April 16th, 2013, Martin Corey hadspent three years in Maghaberry Prison without any charges ever being placed against him. Police never questioned or interviewed Martin regarding any incident, occurrence or event relating to his internment. Serious questions must now be asked about what exactly the British Government are the British Government hiding?

So who exactly is Martin Corey ?A close friend of Martin's, Jim McIlmurray wrote the following: "I am in a better position than most to know if he was ever involved in any activity that could be deemed illegal or “a threat to National Security”, a phrase often utilized by faceless, nameless individuals in the courts. I can say without fear of contradiction that Martin is an innocent man. Everyone should make their voice be heard and call upon the Secretary of State to either bring charges against him or release him immediately.

Martin Corey  is an old man who served  19 years of his life in Long Kesh as a republican prisoner for an offence 40 years ago. He was released in 1992 and began rebuilding his life. He is a popular figure from a well respected, hard-working family in the town.

It was a proud day for Martin when he was granted a loan to purchase his own mechanical digger.  After a time, he gained the contract  as the parish grave digger, covering several cemeteries in the greater Lurgan area. Many people, myself included, will recall his compassionate approach and  professionalism during the time of families' bereavement.

In all the time I have known Martin, I have only known his interests to be his family, his friends and his love of coarse fishing.

On Friday, April 16th, 2010, the police arrived at his O’Neill’s Terrace home and told him they had a warrant for his arrest. Martin was brought to Lurgan PSNI station  and later that day transferred to Maghaberry prison.  It was stated he broke the terms of his Life Licence release. When his solicitor requested  to know what Martin was alleged to have done, he was told it a matter of National Security and the subject of closed file information.

For the past three years, his solicitor and barristers have challenged his unlawful detention on numerous occasions in the High Court. On Monday, the 9th of July, 2012, a High Court judge, Justice Seamus Tracy, who has a background in the European Human Rights Courts, ordered Martin’s immediate release, stating that his Human Rights had been breached under sections 4 and 5 of the European Human Rights act and that there were no charges for which he should answer.  I waited for 4 hours outside Maghaberry with Martin’s family that day, only to be told at 4:15pm that the then current Secretary of State, Owen Patterson, had overruled the  High Court judge and  blocked Martin's release. I was 25 yards away from Martin when I received that call. I watched him step out of the prison van at the reception centre and watched him walk back to the van to be returned to his cell. As he got into the van, he paused and starred at me and that will always be one of the hardest and cruelest  moments I have ever witnessed in my life.

Martin has a legal entitlement to an annual Parole Board review every twelve calendar months to reevaluate the reasons for his continued detention.  I have been accepted to speak on Martin’s behalf; however, every date set for a hearing for Martin last year was followed by a cancellation by the Parole Board, citing numerous excuses.  Martin hasn’t received a parole review in 18 months, an action deemed illegal by the Court of Human Rights in Strasburg.  We are currently awaiting a date to take this case to the  High Court for a judicial review.

Martin has been subjected to a number of incidents during his time in Maghaberry Prison. These incidents include waiting over three weeks for an emergency dental appointment; of note, a veterinarian would have a legal obligation to report a pet owner for cruelty if he found an animal to be suffering for that period. Also, Martin's request for compassionate leave to attend the funeral of his brother was denied by both the Prison Service and the Courts without any reasons given. He was only granted leave to attend 1 hour before the service started after a request was made to the Justice Minister on humanitarian  grounds. I had to make three requests to the Prison Ombudsman to intervene in cases concerning  material submitted by myself for Martin for use in his cell crafts. The prison staff either confiscated the printed image materials or refused to provide them to Martin. The Prison Ombudsman upheld all  three decisions in Martin’s favour, ruling against the Northern Ireland Prison Service and determining that the material must be provided to Martin.

Martin’s case has been in the High Court in Belfast several times over the past three years, without any finding of criminal offence with which to charge him.  Had Martin been charged with possession of an illegal firearm during his arrest three years previously, he would have been released six months ago. There is no other name for his illegal detention other than internment without trail.

As a close friend of Martin's, I am in a better position than most to know if he was ever involved in any activity that could be deemed illegal or  “a threat to National Security”, a phrase often utilized by faceless, nameless individuals in the courts. I can say without fear of contradiction that Martin is an innocent man. Everyone should make their voice be heard and call upon the Secretary of State to either bring charges against him or release him immediately.

I speak to Martin by telephone on a daily basis and visit him regularly in Maghaberry Prison, and can assure everyone that his spirits remain high despite his total lack of confidence in the judicial system in the North of Ireland.  He thanks everyone for their continued messages of support .

We are currently awaiting a date to attend the Court of Appeal in London to challenge his illegal detention. If unsuccessful there, we will take his case to the European Courts of Justice. We will continue our presence at the Belfast High Court to request the Parole Board to give an explanation as to why Martin has been denied his legal right to an annual Parole Review."

SECRET SPECIAL RELATIONSHIP

Dividing Up The Pie
U.S., U.K. Chiefs To Hold Historic Strategy Meeting

By VAGO MURADIAN and MARCUS WEISGERBER
March 31, 2013 "Information Clearing House" -"Defense News" - WASHINGTON — In what is believed to be the first time since the 1940s, the entire British defense staff will be here March 25 to discuss long-range strategy and the impact of budget cuts with their U.S. counterparts, according to U.S. and British sources.

The meeting is reminiscent of the Combined Chiefs of Staff, when British and American military leaders joined forces during World War II. Both nations are undergoing significant budgetary reductions and will continue to rely on each other in future years for support. Understanding what capabilities will survive and won’t is essential to long-term strategic planning.

“The relationship military to military is very strong. We have common interest in how we meet the financial constraints placed on both nations, but also onissues like how we manage the drawdown in Afghanistan and also how we reconfigure post Afghanistan,” said Sir Gerald Howarth, a member of parliament and the ex-defense minister responsible for international security affairs from 2010 to 2012.

“We have a huge amount of strategic issues to discuss where we have a very large level of common interest,” he said.

A Defence Ministry spokesman characterized the meeting as private and declined further comment.

In the U.S., spokesmen for the Office of the Secretary of Defense and the Joint Chiefs of Staff did not respond to questions.

U.S. and British military leaders regularly discuss ongoing issues. What’s different about this series of meetings is they will focus not on immediate budget, program or operational issues, but the strategic future of the Anglo-American alliance, including deepening cooperation.

In addition to the U.S. Joint Chiefs, British attendees are expected to include Gen. Sir David Richards, chief of the Defence Staff; Gen. Sir Nicholas Houghton, vice chief of the Defence Staff, who will take over as chief when Richards retires later this year; Air Chief Marshal Sir Stephen Dalton, chief of the Air Staff; Adm. Sir George Zambellas, incoming Navy first sea lord; Gen. Sir Peter Wall, chief of the General Staff; and Air Chief Marshal Sir Stuart Peach, commander of Joint Forces Command, sources said.

The U.S. and U.K. regularly share the most sensitive military intelligence, technology and equipment, including submarine-launched nuclear ballistic missiles. Britain over the past decade in particular has shaped its capabilities to dovetail with U.S. forces.

The British are the leading developmental partner on the U.S.-led F-35 fighter program with Lockheed Martin and have in their inventory Boeing C-17 transports, Chinook and Apache helicopters and Lockheed C-130 cargo aircraft. In addition, the Royal Air Force is buying highly sensitive RC-135 Rivet Joint intelligence planes produced by L-3 Communications in the U.S., making London the only international customer for that program.

The meeting comes as the Pentagon faces $500 billion in spending cuts over the coming decade, which will force senior leaders to make difficult choices. The British delegation arrives with particular experience in that area, having faced even deeper budget cuts — in percentage terms — over the past several years, forcing major reforms to force structure, organization and acquisition programs in that time.

“Getting value for money and efficiency is something we have focused a considerable amount of attention on, and we can offer them advice in that area,” Howarth said.

Still, the British budget is a fraction of that of the U.S. In fact, at $62.7 billion in 2011, the British budget is not much larger than the size of the annual cuts faced by the Americans. Under mandatory cuts for the remainder of 2013, the Pentagon is reducing its budget by $46 billion.

Yet the U.S. military could learn a thing or two from its British counterparts when it comes to consolidation, especially within the headquarters staff ranks, said Barry Pavel, the director of the Brent Scowcroft Center on International Security at the Atlantic Council here.

“I think [the U.S.] can learn a lot,” Pavel said. “There’s a lot of inefficiencies in our headquarters. They’ve taken jointness ... to new levels that we haven’t yet done.”

But the British, having cut so deeply, are also in need. They are “going to have to leverage the U.S. to a greater degree, or try to,” Pavel said.

To get leaner and reduce overhead in recent years, the British military consolidated its war colleges into a single school and created an operational command center outside of London to oversee operations, according to retired British Army Brig. Gen. Ben Barry, now with the International Institute for Strategic Studies think tank in London.

The U.S. Defense Department is already preparing for force structure reductions in the coming years and is re-evaluating its military strategy to determine how further budget cuts would affect its plans.

U.S. and British forces routinely train together and have fought side-by-side over the past decade in Afghanistan and Iraq. In Afghanistan, British Lt. Gen. Nick Carter serves as the deputy commander to U.S. Marine Gen. Joseph Dunford, commander of NATO forces.

“On the day-to-day business of military cooperation, the relationship between the U.S. [NATO] commander and the British second in command is another good example of working in partnership,” Howarth said.

The two militaries regularly participate in personnel exchanges.

British Secret State Terrorism is an Abomination

War Crimes of Occupation in ireland
The Ministry of Defence in London has just paid out £14 million in compensation to hundreds of Iraqis who were illegally detained and tortured by British forces during the five-year occupation of the south-east of the country, demonstrating the British have broken their promises and undertakings to the international community once again.

On the 18th January 1978, the Government of the Republic of Ireland brought an application against Britain, before the Commission of International Human Rights in Strasbourg (ii) that various interrogation practices--in particular the so-called 'five techniques', which included wall- standing, hooding and deprivation of sleep and food--and other practices to which suspects were subjected amounted to torture and inhuman or degrading treatment contrary to Article 3...The Commission unanimously found that the five techniques did constitute a practice of torture and that other practices amounted to inhuman and degrading treatment

British Secret State Terrorism is an Abomination

Lawyers and international human rights groups say there is systemic abuse in British Occupied Ireland. Indeed we learned last week the British murder lawyers and human rights activists there, Now their ability to hold Irish citizens or what they term British commoners without trial ,is so fundamentally wrong, it goes against everything a civilized society stands for.

When you're accused of a crime in a civilized society, you get a trial, you get a trial by a jury of your peers, no matter how heinous your crime is, no matter how awful you are, you are given a transparent trial. The miscarriages of justice in the instances of the Guilford Four and Birmingham Six demonstrate the injustices of the British system in open court, what then, are your chance being Irish in secret courts?

On the same day the Parker report was published on 2 March 1972, the United Kingdom Prime Minister stated in Parliament, that its torture techniques in British Occupied Ireland would not be used ever again in future. The Prime Minister's statement, directives expressly prohibiting the use of the techniques, whether singly or in combination, which were then issued to their forces by the Government.

At a hearing before British Courts on 8 February 1977, the British Attorney-General declared that the 'five techniques' would not in any circumstances be reintroduced either collectively or individually. Yetstill the torture goes on with the Marian Price and others secretly interned without trial in British Occupied Ireland, while hundreds more claims are in the pipeline as Iraqis become aware that they are able to bring proceedings against the UK in the London courts.

Human rights groups and lawyers representing former prisoners say, that the abuse was systemic, with military interrogators and guards responsible for the mistreatment, acting in accordance with both their training in the UK. Campaigners are calling for a public inquiry into the UK's detention and interrogation practices.

Those compensated were male civilians who said they had been beaten, deprived of sleep and threatened before being interrogated by the British, who detained them on suspicion of involvement in the violent insurgency against the Occupation. Others were forced into stress positions for prolonged periods.

Most of the complaints come from the actions of shadowy military intelligence units. Officials of the International Committee of the Red Cross complained incessantly. Despite this, the interrogators shot hundreds of videos of themselves threatening and abusing men, bruised, disoriented, starved and sleep deprived in many cases, too exhausted to stand.

A soldier who served as a guard, said that he was ordered to grab blindfolded prisoners by their thumbs, then drag them around assault courses. He said that the prisoners were often beaten during these runs and that they would then be returned for interrogation in camera. These interrogation centres are regarded as "Britain's Abu Ghraib". These are the same people who run secret trials, with secret witnesses, secret evidence based on secret torture, to secretly intern indefinitely, prisoners of political conscience who object to British Occupation in Ireland.

The number of claimants both from torture in Ireland and Iraq, clearly demonstrates a systemic problem and combined with other ongoing British war crimes in Occupied Ireland such as the state murder of human rights lawyers and journalists, it is high time this be made fully accounted for with victims but also the British taxpayers, with an obvious interest to know the truth but also of the millions subsequently spent in compensation in both Iraq and Ireland to British torture victims.

Human rights groups and lawyers say the UK government is obliged to hold an inquiry to meet its obligations under the European convention on human rights, particularly under article three of the convention, which protects individuals from torture like Marian price received while in solitary confinement for over a year, who is spending her second Xmas interned without trial. After a hearing, in the British high court highlighting matters supporting the allegations of systemic abuse. These include:

• The same techniques being used at the same places for the same purpose: to assist interrogation.

• The facilities being under the command of an officer.

• Military doctors examining each prisoner at various stages in their detention.

• Investigations by the Royal Military police that were concluded without anyone being held to account.

The MoD claims no public inquiry is necessary, as it has instituted an investigation body of its own. After Ihat investigators examined the videos shot at Jfit, three interrogators were referred to the Service Prosecuting Authority, with a recommendation that war crimes charges be considered. However lawyers for the prisoners believe Ihat is insufficiently independent, with one investigator already quitting Ihat, alleging that the organisation's inquiry is not genuine but a typical British face-saving exercise of more secrecy.

IRISH REPUBLICAN COUP AS NIGHT VISION PHOTO OF IRA QUEEN HANDSHAKE GOES PUBLIC

Secret Night Vision Photo Exposes Martin McGuinness Secret Hamdshake of the Queen of England

A secret republican unit, after performing secret surveillance on Hillsborough Castle during the night, finally observed their two targets, while at the same time remaining almost invisible, so no one could see them taking a night vision photograph of the former Provisional IRA commander, actually kissing the hand of the Queen of England, with head firmly bowed in submission. The occasion was meant to be actually a handshake of top secret priority, with the photographs meant to be kept secret under the British Officials Secret Act for decades to come.

The secret republican unit monitored the suspects with night vision despite poor visibility. It was very difficult because of weather conditions and confusing in the sense of mistakenly monitoring different persons. They managed to successfully get a secret night vision photo, because they had very good quality night vision equipment. Every professional republican unit and head hunters, use night vision equipment to secretly navigate, observe and spy at night. They also used night vision goggles and scopes in their operational activities. The unit were surprised to find that many of the Queen's entourage were actually laughing at Martin McGuinness kissing the Queen's extended hand.

Initially in their surveillance they used night vision scopes or night vision monoculars. They made it easy to deal with getting back to a normal view. Because the operation required secret spying activities, while sneaking up on McGuinness and his Queen, to take the photos of the supposed top secret handshake, which turned out to be a rather old fashioned submission  ceremony with head bowed by the former republican to his Queen. Then constantly monitoring the suspects, while making good their escape, while at the same time using night vision binoculars and goggles, they made good their escape back to their base in South Armagh. It is expected that the British will arrange another photo-op, to hide their embarrassment at such a major breach in the Queen's security.

London 2012 Olympics : Breaking News ; DIRTY NUKE SECRET BOMBSHELL !

London 2012 Olympics ; SEVEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TONS OF RADIOACTIVE MATERIAL

Before the London 2012 Olympic site area was built, it was a nuclear waste dump. Much of this news has like major events in British Occupied Ireland, been censored. SEVEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TONS of radioactive material have been buried about 200 meters north of the Olympic Stadium. The proven liars of the British Government, lie when they say it will be safe for a thousand years just as Hitler lied, when said his Reich would be around a thousand years.
-
The British authorities have known that the radioactive waste was buried in the Olympic Park but only now after considerable censorship has been overcome, has the seriousness of  the problem become public. Official documents show more than 7,000 tonnes of nuclear waste have been found, with much more to come. More than 7,300 tonnes is currently in a poorly constructed radioactive storage room, built in the bridge to the Olympic Park. Olympic Delivery Authority contractors claim, that the waste in the storage unit should be safe but an expert says that everyone involved with the Olympics in London, including spectators will be nuked with some to die horrible deaths. The British Government and Olympic bosses are involved in a huge cover-up, just like their censorship of torture and human rights abuses in British Occupied Ireland that includes internment without trial.
-
Doctor Chris Busby, an expert on radiation has said, that the radioactive material will be extremely hazardous.Dr Busby also emphasized that the data on radioactive material in the Olympic Park shows a radiation signature that, “suggests that the contamination is from significant levels of uranium. This should be considered to be a serious alpha and photoelectron emitter inhalation hazard.” A lot of the radioactive waste has been found in the the main stadium itself which includes radium, polonium, and thorium as well as uranium. The greedy rush to make money and meet Olympic deadlines, resulted in an inadequate survey, as the radioactive nuclear material was only found after contaminated material had been accidentally unearthed.

Many international teams concerned with their athletes health and welfare are considering withdrawing from the London 2012 Olympics. The revelations are ironic in the sense that many security experts off the record, are expecting a nuclear attack on the London 2012 Olympics anyway. Many locals have moved homes out of the area, because of nuclear fears and advice from experts on extremely high levels of radiation.

It is not clear if there is insurance cover for the many thousands of expected casualties from radiation at London 2012 Olympics. Besides the nuclear cloud hanging over London 2012 Olympics, it has been plagued by a boycott threat because of London's savage human rights record of torture and internment without trial of political activists in British Occupied Ireland. Many visitors have also cancelled their visits to London in the Summer, with reports of hundreds of dirty underwear bombs being manufactured in Southern Yemen. There are also concerns of widespread rioting in London like last Summer when the City was ablaze.

Please pass this info on to your friends or anyone you care about, who may be visiting London, being burned or roasted alive is not a matter to be taken lightly.
