"As early as 1963, civil rights protesters in Northern Ireland had compared themselves to blacks in Alabama and Little Rock, and identified themselves as the 'Negroes' of Northern Ireland. They sang 'We Shall Overcome' at their marches and in early 1969 deliberately modeled a protest march on the lines of the Selma-Montgomery march. Oddly, perhaps, the Northern Ireland protesters identified more with black American protests than the myriad of protests in Europe that year — in Paris, Prague, Berlin, Rome and London. They saw their struggle as closer to that of African Americans in the U.S."

Martin Luther King was the most influential figure in British Occupied Ireland's struggle for human rights.King's speech in Washington and most importantly on Irish television sets with his famous "I have a dream" delivered to over a quarter of a million people, resonated not just with the segregation and discrimination against blacks in housing and jobs but with Irish nationalists who identified and still do with being the Irish nigger well used to bigoted British political oppression and their cultivated sectarianism. Further televised abuse of civil rights campaigners and marchers made Luther King's Civil Rights Movement, a mirror image of Occupied Ireland and was not just the most significant mass protest against injustice in American history but also, the spark for protest in Ireland too.

Unlike today, the largely uncensored corporate media of that time, played an important role in Ireland's fight for justice, especially when Britain murdered 14 unarmed civil rights protesters and morphed the peaceful Irish civil rights protest, into armed struggle for national self-determination. Martin Luther King's non-violent protests were based on Mahatma Gandhi's type of leadership, who was  himself inspired by Ireland's ancient struggle, who himself inspired Aung Sang Suu Kyi in Burma or Myanmar. He was a socialist but avoided communism's strickty, "materialistic interpretation of history" that denied spirituality's place in our reality.



Five years ago the Smitsonian Institute included British Occupied Ireland in its Folk-Life cultural festiva,l with the Bogside Artists invited to take part, despite vociferous objections from the British on the Irish Arts Council, who suggested to the Bogside Artists that they reproduce their Peace Mural on the Mall. They did just but they also paid homage to Martin Luther King. The mural was well received. They chose to paint Luther King for obvious reasons. The mural was a great success at 4th of July celebrations on the Mall where Luther King made his most inspiring speech for the cause for which he gave his life. The article below clarifies the relevance of Martin Luther King in today's society, particularly in British Occupied Ireland, where Internment without trial is again a reality and the negation of civil rights not just for Marian Price and Martin Corey but all of the royal subjects of Viceroyal Villiers.

September 23, 2012 "Information Clearing House" - WHEN I was a college freshman, I became completely enamoured with Ayn Rand. As a literary heroine, she surpassed so many of my early heroes.

The self-defence of Rand's hero architect Howard York in The Fountainhead, standing trial for dynamiting a housing project he designed.

It was such a captivating defence that I insisted on sharing it with everyone who would listen. Many of my classmates who did listen came to the same conclusions as me.

Six million copies of The Fountainhead provided evidence of the following that Rand developed.

Many of us couldn't help wanting to be trial lawyers, who could make arguments as convincing as Roark (and Rand).

Over the next decade of subscribing to Rand's "objectivism", I realised that I had been infected with the worst kind of selfishness. Objectivism was the term that Rand used to describe selfishness.

To Rand, altruism reflected the evil she opposed. Altruism is the opposite of selfishness and involves doing for others, without any expectation of reward.

"From her start, America was torn by the clash of her political system with the altruist morality," Rand declared.

This is a near-perfect description of the present conflict between America's two political parties.

For Rand: "Capitalism and altruism are incompatible; they are philosophical opposites; they cannot coexist in the same man or in the same society."

She perceived a choice between: "A morality of rational self-interest, with its consequences of freedom, justice, progress and man's happiness on earth - or the primordial morality of altruism, with its consequences of slavery, brute force, stagnant terror and sacrificial furnaces."

According to Rand: "The basic principle of altruism is that man has no right to exist for his own sake, that service to others is the only justification of his existence, and that self-sacrifice is his highest moral duty, virtue and value."

Martin Luther King Jr opposed Rand's philosophy.

"Every man must decide whether he will walk in the light of creative altruism or in the darkness of destructive selfishness," he said.

Presaging opposition to Rand's ideas, 19th Century British Prime Minister William Gladstone said: "Selfishness is the greatest curse of the human race."

Apart from anything else, when asked about her position on the Middle East conflict, Rand firmly supported Israel with a rationale that could have come out of a typical anti-Arab hate speech by Benyamin Netanyahu, Abe Foxman, David Harris or any AIPAC speaker.

She explained her position by saying: "Because it's the advanced technological and civilised country amidst a group of almost totally primitive savages who have not changed for years and who are racists and who resent Israel because it's bringing industry and intelligence and modern technology into their stagnation."

Current Republican candidates for the posts of US president and vice-president, Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan, both subscribe to a "morality of rational self-interest".

Ryan, an avowed fan of Rand, hasn't grown out of the enamoured college freshman. He not only tried to get all of the interns in his congressional office to read Rand's writing, he also gave copies of her novel Atlas Shrugged to his staff as Christmas presents.

Should the Republicans win the coming elections, there's little doubt that they will carry Rand's philosophy and politics with them.

Economist, teacher and diplomat John Kenneth Galbraith complained that: "The modern conservative is engaged in one of man's oldest exercises in moral philosophy; that is, the search for a superior moral justification for selfishness." Oxford Professor Richard Dawkins offers some sage advice: "Let us try to teach generosity and altruism, because we are born selfish."

Thai Tims - Donegal V Mayo Sing-Song

THE “Thai Tims” group of singing children have been banned from wearing their Celtic tops or singing Celtic songs at a British school.

After the kids visited a school, a parent complained that they were breaking the city council’s ban on football colours in classrooms.

Council officials told the group they couldn’t wear their tops or sing songs linked to the club on a second planned school visit, to St Paul’s Catholic Primary. Organisers of the children’s trip then cancelled the visit.

A source said : “It seems the council have decided rules are rules, but this kind of situation calls for some common sense.”

The Thai kids learned their Celtic songs from tragic student Reamonn Gormley, who taught at their school on his gap year. Their links to the club  were strengthened after Reamonn, 19, was murdered in his home town of Blantyre, Lanarkshire, last year.

The youngsters have sung at Celtic Park and Glasgow Royal Concert Hall during their visit and stayed in the hospitality area at Parkhead. They performed at St Francis of Assisi primary school in Glasgow.

A parent from St Francis complained to the council, and officials there said they had received “numerous” other complaints.

The council added that they were concerned about sectarian-related abuse posted on YouTube after a video of the kids’ St Francis performance was placed on the site. The video has since been taken down.

A council spokeswoman said: “We would be delighted to have the children visit any one of our schools.

“It would, however, be entirely inappropriate for them to wear Celtic strips while singing songs.”

The council have spent large sums on schemes involving Old Firm players and staff visiting schools while wearing club colours.

She was taken to Maghaberry high security prison an all-male prison and was placed in solitary confinement, where Marian was accused of, ‘encouraging support for an illegal organisation’. Marian has now been in prison for 16 months, during which time neither her lawyers, or Marian have been allowed to see any of Britains ‘alleged’ evidence. Having been previously force fed 400 times by the British in an English prison and in considerable, ill health, distress with extreme pain as a result, she was taken ;

• She has been kept in solitary confinement in a ‘male’ high security prison
• She is effectively interned without a trial, sentence, or release date.
• She has not been given any timescale for any investigation.
• She has not been allowed to see the evidence that the state claims to have
• Her release has been ordered on two occasions by judges. However, on both occasions the secretary of state has overruled those decisions.
• The secretary of state claims he has ‘revoked Marian’s license’. This is despite Marian never being released on license. She was given a Royal Pardon.
• Marian’s Royal Pardon has ‘gone missing’ from the home office (the only time in history). The secretary of state has taken the view that unless a paper copy can be located – it must be assumed that she does not have one.
• Despite no ‘license’ existing for her release from prison in 1980, it is the non-existent license that is being used to keep her in prison.
• She can only be released by Theresa Villiers the current Secretary of State responsible.

The charges against Marian were thrown out of court for lack of evidence by a Judge, the last time she appeared and now the very same charges have been re-instated against Marian again !

Hands Off Our Irish Rory McIlroy Golfer of Ireland

Rory McIlroy the world number one golfer has admitted that the heartfelt reaction by fans to an article in a British tabloid, claiming he has decided to choose the British team over the Irish team for the Rio 2016 Olympics is inaccurate and reaction to it, has led him to think deeply about his identity.

Chatting before the Championship climax in Atlanta, the young Irish champion golfer said, “After everything that happened last week it definitely makes me reconsider my position and reconsider a lot of things. I think it just really hit home with me how important it is for a lot of people and how important my success has been to them. Obviously I have had a lot of support from all sides, from people who call themselves Irish, from Northern Irish, to the whole of the UK, to people over here in the States. It just hit home with me at how my success is welcomed by everyone.”

Rory  insists that has made no final decision on the matter and that he has plenty of time to think about this before the Olympics in 2016, adding that choosing one team over another is difficult for him as he does not want to seperate himself from people who support him.He said, “It would be terrible for me to nearly segregate myself from one of those group that supports me so much. It’s four years away andI still have a bit of time to decide. But, I’m very, very appreciative and very grateful of the support that I get from everyone. It’s great that I get so much support. There are not many people in my position that have to go through what I might have to go through in four years’ time, but it is what it is. I’m a golfer first and foremost and I just want to play well on the golf course. Hopefully people enjoy that and the entertainment that that brings.”


Rory McIlroy has represented Ireland on many occasions playing alongside Graeme McDowell in the World Cup.Rory was born and reared in Ireland of Irish parents.Rory is a name of Irish and Scottish origin. It is of the Irish Gaelic origin  Ruaidhrí/Ruairí ("red king"), the name of Irish kings Ruaidrí na Saide Buide and Ruaidrí Ua Conchobair, and the Scottish Gaelic Ruairidh/Ruaraidh explained by the clip above from Braveheart. Unfortunately the British use their tabloids and the BBC world service to politicize such matter even in sport and music, causing division and sectarianism to divide and conquer occupied Ireland, which fuels the sectarianism that murdered Rory's Uncle. The Irish flag above which Rory and Graeme McDowell both Catholic and Protestant have previously had no problem representing Ireland under its green white and orange flag which represents both traditions equally but outside interference is the problem. Hollywood in British Occupied Ireland is where the British secret services train and finance British Loyalist terrorists, to assassinate Irish people like Rory and his family, who are bullied & pressured to consider their extended family with regard to their identity.Now that Rosy is successful and very wealthy, these same British secret services surround & control his family and personal security whether he like it or not, putting them in an extremely difficult situation.
